Humanise Collective formalizes a strategic partnership with Nascent, a Toronto-based digital consultancy. The alliance brings together founder-driven teams who share a common perspective: people who have built businesses are uniquely equipped to help other leaders grow theirs. With Humanise’s leadership in strategy, design, creativity and communications, and Nascent’s leadership in digital strategy, product design and engineering, this partnership gives clients access to expert strategic advisors who help turn creative ideas into impactful digital experiences.

Both companies will remain independent while collaborating on select mandates where their complementary strengths create tangible results. Together, they bring the entrepreneurial firepower to move faster and transform real business problems into digital products, platforms and experiences that drive growth.

“For more than 15 years, Nascent has been bridging the gap between strategy and delivery,” said Shawn Konopinsky, Partner and CEO at Nascent. “This partnership with Humanise allows us to close another gap: the one that has traditionally existed between creative, media and digital experience. At the end of the day, it’s one customer engaging with one brand. By bringing our teams together, we can ensure that from the first impression to every owned-channel interaction, the experience feels connected, intentional and consistently exceptional.”

For Shari Walczak, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of The Garden, a Humanise Collective agency, the partnership reinforces how creativity and technology now work hand in hand. “Brands are defined by every experience they create, not just the campaigns they run. The partnership with Nascent strengthens our ability to connect those experiences across an entire ecosystem, from story to system, from idea to interface. When every interaction counts, it’s not about the impressions you buy, but the impressions you make.”

Jean-Sébastien Monty, Co-founder and COO of the Humanise Collective, highlights how the collaboration will shape the client experience. “When our clients face complex challenges, they don’t need more reports. They need partners who can move with them from insight to implementation. Partnering with Nascent allows us to do exactly that. Together, we can align strategy, creativity and technology to build solutions that deliver real change.”
